Sanctions and Export Control Compliance Policy

Each of GMI Cloud's customers, users, vendors and partners must comply with all applicable trade laws and export regulations. The following terms apply to customers, vendors, partners, suppliers, and other parties doing business with GMI Cloud.
You and your entity, affiliates, personnel, subcontractors, sublicensees, contractors, and end users (collectively, "you" or "your") represent and warrant that
- You are not located in, incorporated or organized under the laws of, or owned or controlled by the government of a country or territory subject to national or territorial sanctions. You are not otherwise subject to sanctions by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or its member states, or any other applicable government authority.
- You are not subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties or owned or controlled by such a party, including lists maintained by the United Nations, the United States (such as the Department of the Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List or Foreign Sanctions Evaders List), the European Union or its member states, or other applicable government authority.
- You commit to refraining from any direct or indirect export, re-export or transmission, or causing the export, re-export or transmission, of any commodities, software or technology subject to export control laws to any country, territory, individual or entity without authorization from the regulating government agency where such export, re-export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. This includes any country, territory, individual or entity under sanctions or embargoes administered by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or any other applicable government authority.
- You undertake to prohibit your personnel, contractors or representatives from obtaining access to or using any software, technical specification, dataset or ancillary material that you and your personnel, contractors or representatives may have access to that is or may be subject to export control laws if such access or use would require an export license, without prior written consent from GMI Cloud.
GMI Cloud reserves the right to revise these terms at its discretion. Your continued cooperation, engagement or business relationship with GMI Cloud following any such revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
